  • WHM unreachable: DNS, port 2087, or firewall. Keep TLS on.
  • WHM access denied: allowlist LuraFlow egress in Host Access Control / cPHulk.
  • WHM credentials rejected: username + token mismatch or missing ACL on listpkgs/version.
  • createacct fails later: package name mismatch or username collision on the first 8 characters.
  • Dynadot Legacy fails / REST OK: missing or wrong API key versus secret; environment sandbox vs production.
  • Wrong tenant warning: impersonate or switch workspace before saving production keys.
  • Unknown sign-in host after removing a portal domain: expected fail-closed; verify DNS under Settings → Domains.

Roll back a WHM server row by deleting the unused provider in Web servers if no live accounts depend on it. Roll back Dynadot by disabling the config rather than leaving a production key on a development tenant.
