Initial reseller setup sequence
Hosting, domains, brand, and mail are configured before the first live customer order.

- reseller_admin or equivalent Manage access. Active reseller grant recommended for host-control and catalogue.
- Menu
- Manage → Settings, then Host control
Prerequisites
- A workspace you can open in Manage
Do not sell automated hosting or domains until the matching provider connection tests succeed. Saving a form is not the same as a successful customer transaction.
- Open Manage → Settings → LuraFlow plan and confirm the grant you expect (for example Scale) without buying a new plan from this guide.
- Settings → Brand settings: name, logo, colours.
- Settings → Domains: add and verify a custom portal hostname if you need one.
- Settings → Email providers, then Email templates.
- Host control → Web servers: test then save WHM.
- Host control → Hosting packages and Store catalogue products.
- Host control → Registrars: test Dynadot, save, import TLDs, set sell prices.
- Create a disposable test invoice or unpaid test order only on accounts you control. Do not run live registrar or WHM writes just to read a guide.
