Brand and operations

You can brand the customer portal without painting LuraFlow chrome onto a custom hostname.

Manage → Settings

Brand settings change the customer-facing name, logo, and colours. Custom portal hostnames are verified under Settings → Domains. LuraFlow Guides always open on luraflow.com so a tenant shell is not replaced by platform marketing.

Open this setting on luraflow.com — uses the safe login redirect. Never opens another tenant hostname.
