Getting started

You can tell platform accounts from tenant workspaces and complete initial setup in order.

Roles / plan
Any signed-in membership. Reseller settings require a reseller or platform admin role. Foundation, Growth, and Scale grants use the same login; some host-control features need an active reseller grant.

Prerequisites

  • A LuraFlow account email you control

LuraFlow is a multi-tenant operations platform. The same login can belong to more than one workspace. Customer storefronts on a custom hostname are not the same as the platform site on luraflow.com.

  • Create or join a workspace, then open Manage for reseller work.
  • Connect hosting and domains before selling automated products.
  • Set brand, sender email, and a support address before inviting customers.
