1. Agreement to Terms

By using LuraFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to use our service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of LuraFlow constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

LuraFlow provides:

• AI-powered workflow automation and optimization
• Custom application deployment and management
• Business process management tools and utilities
• Cloud infrastructure provisioning and deployment
• API endpoints and data management services

These services are provided "AS-IS" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• NOT use LuraFlow for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• NOT attempt to hack, bypass, or reverse-engineer our platform
• NOT share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• NOT violate any applicable laws or regulations
• NOT interfere with the operation of our services
• NOT scrape, cache, or auto-download content without permission
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• COMPLY with all terms outlined in this agreement

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

4. Payment & Billing Terms

4.1 Subscriptions

• Billing occurs on a monthly or annual basis based on your selected plan
• You authorize PayPal/Stripe to charge your payment method automatically
• Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will have access to your account until the end of the paid period

4.2 Refunds

• LuraFlow subscriptions are generally non-refundable
• Refunds may be provided within 14 days of purchase at our sole discretion
• Refunds for service failures or outages are handled case-by-case
• Refund requests processed within 5-7 business days after approval

4.3 Payment Failures

• If a payment fails, we will notify you by email
• Your account access may be restricted after payment failure
• Account can be suspended after 7 days of unpaid balance
• You are responsible for providing valid payment information

4.4 Price Changes

We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. Price increases apply to new subscriptions or renewals, not active subscriptions.

5. Limitations of Liability

LuraFlow is provided "AS-IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LURAFLOW AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Service interruptions, downtime, or performance issues
• Third-party service failures (PayPal, AWS, etc.)
• Unauthorized access or data breaches due to your negligence
• Issues arising from your misuse of the platform

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

• LuraFlow Platform: All code, designs, features, and content are owned by LuraFlow Inc. and protected by copyright
• Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to your data
• License Grant: You grant LuraFlow a non-exclusive license to use your data solely to provide the service
• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms of service
• You exceed fair-use limits or abuse the service
• Your account poses security risks or threats
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• You fail to maintain valid payment information

Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked, though we may retain your data for legal compliance purposes.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email with 30 days notice. Your continued use of LuraFlow after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where LuraFlow operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Arbitration

Most disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. You agree to resolve disputes through an agreed-upon arbitrator.

9.3 Class Actions Waiver

You agree not to participate in class actions, collective actions, or representative actions against LuraFlow. All disputes must be resolved individually.

10. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
