Discover and map hosting packages

Store products point at WHM package names that actually exist on the server.

Prerequisites

  • Successful WHM test that returned package names

WHM packages are created on the server (WHM → Packages). LuraFlow lists them during Test connection. Hosting packages in Manage is where you align catalogue products with those names.

  1. Confirm package names in WHM (exact spelling, including spaces or hyphens).
  2. Open Hosting packages and map each sellable product to the WHM package name.
  3. Keep unused or staff-only WHM packages unmapped so customers cannot order them.

createacct uses plan

Provisioning sends `plan` as the WHM package name. A typo creates a WHM error at order time even if Test connection passed.

Open this setting on luraflow.com — uses the safe login redirect. Never opens another tenant hostname.
