Email sender and provider

A test or transactional message can send from your domain, not a shared platform mailbox you did not configure.

Menu
Manage → Settings → Email providers

Prerequisites

  • DNS access if you verify a sending domain at the provider
  1. Open Email providers. Choose RESEND or SMTP.
  2. Enter From email and From name. For SMTP, host, port, and TLS as your mail host documents — do not disable TLS to bypass errors.
  3. Save. Mark a provider default if more than one exists.
  4. Send a test only to an address you control.

Secrets

API keys and SMTP passwords are stored encrypted. This guide never asks you to paste them into a ticket or a public page.

Open this setting on luraflow.com — uses the safe login redirect. Never opens another tenant hostname.
