Hosting service lifecycle

You can suspend, unsuspend, change package, reset password, and open cPanel SSO from supported screens.

Roles / plan
reseller_admin or staff with products permission. Reseller grant.
Menu
Manage → Products & services → Subscriptions

Prerequisites

  • An existing WHM account created by LuraFlow or imported with a matching username
  • Create: `createacct` with username derived from the hostname (first 8 alphanumeric characters), domain, plan, contact email.
  • Suspend / unsuspend: `suspendacct` / `unsuspendacct`.
  • Terminate: `removeacct` with keepdns=0.
  • Upgrade/downgrade: `changepackage`.
  • Password: `passwd`. Bandwidth: `limitbw`.
  • cPanel SSO: `create_user_session` with service cpaneld. Snapshots are not supported.

Customer “My Services” shows their subscriptions. Staff manage the same objects under Products & services. Cancellation requests are a billing workflow, not an immediate WHM delete.

Open this setting on luraflow.com — uses the safe login redirect. Never opens another tenant hostname.
