You can explain search versus a successful paid register at Dynadot.

Customers register from the storefront; staff can assist from Manage domains. Requires priced TLDs and an active registrar.

Prerequisites

  • TLD prices saved
  • Payment methods if you collect payment before register
  • Search: availability quote only. It is not a registration.
  • Checkout/invoice paid according to your order settings: then the adapter calls Dynadot register.
  • Failure after payment: use Host control troubleshooting and the order’s provision error; do not retry blindly on a name that may already be held.
