Currencies and PKR pricing
You can select PKR, add real PKR prices, and keep existing USD rows and invoices unchanged.

- Roles / plan
- reseller_admin for currency policy; billing staff for prices. Reseller grant.
- Menu
- Manage → Settings → Currencies, then Store catalogue
Prerequisites
- A workspace you can open in Manage
Base currency is the default for new prices and invoices only. Existing catalogue rows, invoices, subscriptions, and payments keep the currency they were saved with. LuraFlow does not convert USD into PKR.
- Open Manage → Settings → Currencies. Choose a base currency such as PKR — Pakistani Rupee.
- Optionally enable additional currencies. Base is always included.
- Save. Reload the page and confirm the same codes are selected.
- Open Store catalogue. New plans default to the base currency. Existing USD prices stay labelled USD.
- If PKR is enabled and a plan has no PKR row, use Add PKR prices. Do not reuse the USD amount as PKR.
- Customers can only buy a currency that has an explicit active price. Quote, subscription, and invoice use that same amount and currency.
- TLD supplier/import currency stays with the registrar (often USD). A PKR selling price is a separate row with its own cost currency.
- PayPal Orders cannot charge PKR. Keep PKR invoices; collect with a compatible card processor or an offline method that already exists.
- Mixed-currency reports show each currency separately. Totals are never added across USD and PKR.
- Platform-owned LuraFlow SaaS catalogue stays USD when currency is omitted, even if your tenant base is PKR.
