Custom portal domain, DNS, and TLS

The hostname status is VERIFIED and login shows this tenant’s brand, not LuraFlow marketing.

Prerequisites

  • DNS access for the hostname

This is not Host control → Domain names (the registrar). Settings → Domains verifies a hostname that serves your customer portal.

  1. Open Settings → Domains and add portal.example.com (no https://).
  2. Create the TXT record at `_luraflow-verify.portal.example.com` with the token shown.
  3. Create the routing CNAME/A as instructed so traffic reaches LuraFlow. Proxied DNS (for example Cloudflare orange-cloud) is supported: TLS can issue while the domain is still PENDING if the live TXT matches.
  4. Click verify. Both ownership TXT and routing must succeed before status becomes VERIFIED.
  5. Wait for HTTPS. Sign in on that hostname and confirm tenant branding.

Removing the domain

If you delete or fail verification, sign-in on that host is rejected. Users must use a still-verified host or luraflow.com with the correct workspace.

Success

Status VERIFIED, browser padlock on the hostname, tenant logo on /login.

Open this setting on luraflow.com — uses the safe login redirect. Never opens another tenant hostname.
